We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage relationships with our Sherlock platform customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage the entire project life cycle, from kick-off to delivery.
  • Understand customer needs and provide strategic guidance to achieve their goals using Sherlock’s powerful marketing platform.
  • Create project plans and manage timelines to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage project budgets and billing, ensuring that clients are invoiced accurately and timely.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide insights to clients and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams and facilitate meetings as needed.
  • Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or challenges that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and services to improve client satisfaction and overall account performance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in the marketing or technology industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address potential issues or challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Sherlock platform or similar marketing technology is a plus.
